- Open = Turn betting for the first time in a round
- Open Ended Straight = Likely to make a straight-down straight combination, for example, card in hand 7-4 and flop K-6-5, then can do drawing straight up-down to get card 8 or 3
- Outs = The number of remaining cards that will make you a winner, for example a card in the hands of J-10 and KQ-8 flop then you have 8 outs to make a straight combination of 4 aces and 4 cards 9

- Overcard = Card in hand is bigger than all card on board, for example card in QJ hand and flop 10-7-3 then Q and J card is called over card
- Over The Top = Doing betting is much larger than the total pot of this ssat
- Paint = Card image / big card (AKQJ)

- Pocket Pair = A pair of similar cards that are handed out to your hand (AA, KK, etc.)

- Sit and Go (SNG) = Small tournament that does not start by time but by number of players. Suppose SNG 20 player, then if the registration has reached 20 people then the tournament is immediately started.
